Food trip: Koffiepauze

Last week, I finally got my student’s permit from the Land Transportation Office. Commuting is a bit of a hassle for me nowadays that’s why I decided to practice driving. 😀

But anyway, this isn’t about my driving and all that jazz.

From the Lto, we went to Koffipauze to have lunch. Yes. Lunch. It doesn’t really sound like a place to have lunch because it’s more like a cafe than a restaurant. We were actually gonna go to someplace else but this cafe was just around the corner so we went here instead.

The place was really nice and cozy. There weren’t a lot of people there at that time so it was a good thing for us.

MENU

The prices were okay. It’s not too cheap and not too expensive.

Chicken Teriyaki – 155php

Their chicken teriyaki was a bit too sweet for me but it’s still delicious.

Blueberry Cheesecake – 120php

I am not big on cakes but this Blueberry Cheesecake was sooo good! I can probably eat the whole cake in one seating I’m not gonna lie. xD

Revel Bar – 60php

I love this Revel Bar! It has the right amount of sweetness to it. I recommend this to everyone who have a sweet tooth!

My sister had Spaghetti and she said it was good too.

Green Tea Frappe – 145php

This taste good! If you don’t really like green tea then this might not be for you because you can really taste the green tea.

I haven’t tried all their sweets but from the two that we ordered I say these might be delicious as well.

EMPLOYEES

The employees seem to be having fun because they were smiling. That might be just a little thing for them but it’s really a big deal to the customers since we don’t want to be treated by grumpy people.

They don’t really say “Welcome” or “come again” which might be a negative thing for some but it’s not really a big deal for me.

PARKING

They do have parking but it kind of suck to be honest! They have a small space for it and they make people do parallel parking which is not really a great idea for a small area like that. Like what happened to us, the guard asked my sister to re-park our car because the other cars can’t go out from the area. He asked us not just once but twice! It’s really really annoying.

But other than that Koffiepauze is a nice chill place to go to.
