There are several ways on how to get free products. The most popular nowadays is to build a following on any of your social media accounts. The more the followers, the more chances that brands will reach out to you and give you FREE PRODUCTS in exchange for those products to be featured on any of your social media accounts.

Let’s face it. Building a following is hard, so here’s 3 ways on how I got free products without that much following.

1. Contact a Brand
The first brand I tried to contact was Firmoo. Firmoo is a website that sells eyeglasses and sunglasses both with prescription and non prescription glasses.

What to do:

• Email them at service@firmoo.com and tell them you have seen or read about it from this or that vlog/blog. And then mention how many followings you have on all your social media accounts.
• Make a video or post about it on youtube or in any of your social media accounts with the most followers.

Amount paid: PHP 0 (They’ll shoulder the shipping fee as well which is great!)

NOTE: If they liked your video, they might contact you again to try some of their new styles, BUT you still have to make a video about it though. And by the way, you can speak in your vernacular language too which is good! 🙂

2. Search for companies who give FREE SAMPLES in your country

I was reading a bunch of posts on free samples a few weeks ago and I found Sample Room which is based in the Philippines. Before I registered on their website, I did search about it on youtube as well to know if it’s legit or what. I saw Ms. Simply Rhaze’s video on it that’s why I tried it as well.

What to do:

• Register and get free points. You’ll get 100 points from registering and those points will be used for purchasing their samples.
• Choose any samples from cosmetics, skin care, body care, fragrance, health, lifestyle, etc. Prices are marked as points.
• Checkout, try and review the products on their website so you’ll get back the points which you used for your order. Once you get back your points, you can now try their other products as well.

From 100 points, you’ll get 3-4 products. I got only 3 products when I ordered from them. Products aren’t sachets or such which I originally thought it would be. It was bigger than I thought!

Amount paid: PHP 150 for their shipping fee as they will not shoulder it. They did have a free shipping fee for a couple of hours 2 weeks ago though. So it would be good if you’ll sign up for their newsletter for promos and such.

3. Buy from companies which give free products

When I say “buy from companies which give free products”, I meant buying a box which offers free samples as well. I bought the Un-pore-gettable box from Althea a few weeks ago and I got lots of samples from that box.

What to do:

• Check each boxes they offer from Althea before ordering. They do offer free products every now and then when you pay a certain amount but they also do not post everything on their homepage. You can get some of their free samples form certain boxes like the one I ordered recently from them.
• Checkout and Enjoy your free samples!

This third option may probably not be an option for you as you still have to pay something from it. But if you’re one of the people who loves KPOP and their Cosmetics or Skin care then you’d probably want to order from Korean websites such as this one. There are tons of other Korean websites who give lots of freebies other than Althea. I found Jolse on youtube, for example, which gives lots of freebies when you order from their website but I haven’t tried ordering from them that’s why I chose Althea as an example. :p
