2 months ago I saw a video from my friend thedorzfallac on youtube and she reviewed their glasses on there. I saw that they actually let vloggers review their glasses for free and so I contacted them. The best thing is numbers or subscribers doesn’t matter. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if they’ll send me anything but they did!
I did a video on it 2 months ago but decided to write about it as well. I have left out some things in the video as they have a “duration” requirement. The temples are plastic, it actually reminded me of the cheaper ones you can buy at shopee or Lazada BUT when I compared them side by side there’s actually a HUGE difference. This definitely feels more luxurious than how much it actually cost. Considering you get both a hard case and the pouch with some tools then I can say you get the most of what you for. I was thinking it was made plastic so that it won’t be heavy when worn and that’s what I like about that that.
This particular style costs $25.99. And the reason why you can’t compare it with the other cheaper glasses is that their lenses are Thin and Light (1.57) and they process them with Anti-Reflective/Anti-radiation and UV Coating.
Their customer service replies fast. It took a couple of hours or the next day to receive a reply from them.
Also, on their website they have a dropdown menu wherein you can choose a specific eyeglass shape. There’s cat eye, aviator, wayfarer, mirrored and much more.
OVERALL, I really like it there considering they have a wide variety of STYLES. I may order another one and avail of their BOGO sale!
If you would buy $55 worth of glasses then you get free shipping which is practically AFFORDABLE considering they ship from the US and I’m from the Philippines. You can also customize your glasses there but with an additional cost. You can have it made with prescription or without. Mine’s without since I lost my prescription the time I was ordering it. 🙁
I also didn’t pay any custom fees when I received the package. If ever you have to pay for that then you can email the invoice to service@firmoo.com and they will be the one to pay for that. You can check all about it on their FAQ’s page.
If you have any questions you can email them at service@firmoo.com.
