I never thought that buying brushes can be addicting, just like buying makeup. Even if you have those basic brushes, you always have to find a reason why you need more. Well why I need more actually. Lol
Well, you get me. 🙂
More than collecting makeup and brushes, I buy more affordable stuffs than high end one’s. You can call me cheap but I believe you don’t have to buy expensive stuffs to find treasures.
Here are my favorite brushes as of the moment:
Most of the brushes aren’t washed yet so sorry for that. That’s how you know that you use them right? 🙂
- REAL TECHNIQUES SCULPTING BRUSH – this is my favorite brush for my liquid foundations aside from my real techniques sponge that is. USES: foundations, cream contours and concealers.
2. BH COSMETICS ALL OVER BRUSH – I bought this originally as my blush brush because I thought this was bigger than what I see on youtube but when I used it for my concealer it was magical! It blends the concealer fast and doesn’t wipe it away. Makes it blends with your real skin also. A con would be after a few washes it tends to lose it’s original color and may poke your eyes a wee bit if you use the tip a bit hard on your under eyes. Nevertheless, I love it! USES: concealer and cream contour.
3. E.L.F STIPPLING BRUSH – LOVE this for applying bronzer! I actually need to buy another one because I use it so much. I use it for my foundation, blush and powder. You NEED this in your life believe me! 🙂
4. BIG FAN BRUSH – I don’t actually know what brand this is but I bought this randomly at a department store for just 155php and it was so soft that I could not pass on it. This actually doesn’t go everywhere surprisingly. USE: bronzer.
5. ANGLED BLUSH BRUSH – this is also one of my OG faves. I use this both for my bronzer and blush for a more defined contour.
6. PENIEL COSMETICS SMALL FAN BRUSH – all I can say is “highlight on fleek!”
7. BENCH LARGE SMUDGE BRUSH – I mainly use this to pack on eyeshadow on my lids after putting on eye primer.
8. NAKED BLENDING BRUSH – this is actually fake but it does the work. lol.
9. ETUDE HOUSE ANGLED BLENDING BRUSH – use on the outer V of my lids and my lower lashes. This can also be used for my inner lid highlight. CONS: doesn’t washes off dark colors easily.
So what’s your favorite brushes?
Love to hear from them. Leave a comment. 🙂
