I already did a video about this on youtube but I also want to blog about this because I can’t get over with how good this foundation is.

Ever Bilena is a drugstore brand here in the Philippines.

First of, for a drugstore brand this is priced as 220php which is a bit pricey for a local brand. The stick foundation is very very creamy so when I opened it, it already have cracks on the stick foundation so it would be better if you won’t store it in a humid area. The packaging is good. The shade range is not great since it only has 3 shades which are Creme, Miel, and Beige. I both have the creme and beige shade.

The creme shade is the lightest and it suits my medium to light skin tone. This shade has a bit of a pink tone which doesn’t really suit yellow skin toned like me but to my surprise this blended so well on my skin. It looked so natural and doesn’t really show the pinkiness of the foundation. It somehow looked a bit light on me though but you can actually work it out with a little bronzer or set it with a powder that is your correct shade.

Beige is the darkest which is not dark enough even to use as a contour or a cream bronzer honestly. So they could do better on the shade range though.

This foundation claims to have a matte finish which on my oily akin tone is more of a demi matte than matte. I stille have to set it with a powder but the foundation itself is so good. It looks so smooth on your skin. It doesn’t emphasize any wrinkles and pores it actually lessens the size of my pores actually.

I tried to use it on different ways. I used my fingers, sponge and a brush and all 3 of them applied it very nicely on the skin.

Now, if you’re very sensitive to scent then you might not like this since it has a foundationy/powdery scent (I’m not really good with descriptions! 😜) but when you apply it on your face it does go off immediately.

This has a light to medium buildable coverage. So depending on how much coverage you apply it on your face it doesn’t really look like you’re wearing any foundation at all.

In conclusion, I love this foundation! This is what I always use after I bought it. And that is a biggie for a not so foundation wearer. I recommend it to those who are just starting to wear makeup and to those who wants to look “natural” as much as possible. *wink*
