I was watching Kathleenlights’ latest video when I decided to re-create it with the Too Faced Chocolate Bar dupe which is the Makeup Revolution I heart Makeup I heart Chocolate palette.
Yesterday I posted about a first impression on the palette and yes, it’s officially my new favorite palette!
I was feeling quite sick today but I guess “A makeup a day keeps the doctor away??” No?? Ok. Lol (The camera might not gave justice to what the color should really look. Lol)
Here are the products I used on this makeup look:
- Makeup Revolution I heart Chocolate. I used”You need love” on my browbone; “One more piece” as my transition color, “Unforgivable” on both the inner and outer corners of the eyes ( I blended it to my crease also), “More” on the center of the lids, a small amount of “What a way to go” on the outer parts of the lids, “Thank Friday” to make my eye look a bit warmer and “Endorphins ready” as my inner corner highlight. On my lower part of the eyes I just did the same ombre look.
- Etude House Brow Pencil. ( I like it better that the Face Shop one because it’s less stiffer and I can easily draw my brows to the shape I want it to.)
- On the first few pictures I forgot to wear mascara. Lol but after a couple I wore Benefit Roller Lash Mascara.
- Gosh Foundation Primer Classic. This is what I’ve been using lately. It makes my face smooth but not necessarily poreless. It says on the back that it leaves your face matte but it didn’t really give me that look though it makes your face smooth so I still like it.
- Olay Pore Minimizing CC Cream. Best for dry skin. I have oily skin and I used this just to make my pores less big. But I cannot wear this without wearing any mattifying primer.
- Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse. I love this foundation because it makes your face smooth best to pair with the Primer mentioned above. It minimizes my pores in some ways. I saw my friend used this and didn’t wear any primer and it still looks good.
- Maybelline Age Rewind. I love this concealer for highlighting.
- Nyx Contour and Highlight stick in medium. Honestly it’s not too dark for me I thought I was going lighter but apparently not. I don’t like the highlighting part because it’s too drying and doesn’t serve it’s purpose. The contour side I like though I have to buy a darker shade.
- theFaceshop oil clear blotting powder. Good for all over the face not under the eyes though.
- BH Studio Pro Powder. I originally bought this for setting my face but it’s 2 shades darker so I used it as a bronzer instead. Whatwouldlizzy do said it was a dupe for the Mac powder. I forgot what it was though. Forgive me. ;p
- Careline blush in peach glow.
- Becca Champagne pop. I wasn’t able to put it in the picture because I forgot to highlight on some pics also. I know. xD
- Pinkies Collection in LP-02. If you like nude lips then this one’s for you it’s similar to the wet and wild lipstick in 930C was it? I forgot the name.
- Lipliner by Nichido in Spice. This is my favorite lipliner. This is my saviour to all nude lipsticks that washes me out. I lined my lips with this then put the lipstick on the center to make it less nude.
- Elizabeth Arden lip gloss in Pink Pout. A non-sticky gloss and that’s what I like.
I just realize how much work we do just putting on makeup. That’s real talent! Lol.
Anyway, I think that’s all for now. Hope you like it. 🙂
XO,
Ela

P.S I’m always doing dark eye looks ’cause that’s the only thing that shows up on my camera. Lol.
Beautiful makeup look!
