Me and my boyfriend just had our 3rd year anniversary last July 23, 2015. I tried to surprise him with something I prepared and made because I wanted to bring back what we usually do, which is making things like letters, preparing food, etc., when we first started dating.
This is not original I know and I should thank google for it but the thing that makes it special is on how you put effort on the surprise. (I think). I also know that this is something a guy usually does but I want to do it for him just because we only celebrate anniversaries and not the usual “monthsaries”.
So here’s what I surprised him with:
Prior to the surprise, I already cut the letterings for this. I just layered Construction Papers to each other to make it colorful and then cut small triangles on different sides of the letter because it makes it better to my eyes! 🙂Pumped some balloons which I bought at a cheap craft store. One balloon cost me 8php only.Just cut a red folder and pasted our pictures on it and designed it with some angels. At the back I wrote him a letter using paint to make it unique.Ordered this on facebook. The owner is really nice and gave me a discount. I paid 250php for this instead of 270php. Her cupcakes are customizable. So depending on what you want your cupcakes to look like then she will make it with no additional cost! (Search Jaoi’s pastry on facebook if you’re interested. She makes delicious cupcakes. I don’t like the icing on these though because it’s too sweet for my taste but the chocolate cupcake itself is delicious!) Then I just placed some fountain candles on the two cupcakes.Layered the bed with the letterings and some springs and small angel glitter like thingy (Idk what it’s called though. lol) and the picture and balloons.Fountain candles to make it unique! It’s just around 10php or 20php I think. I forgot but it’s just cheap.Natural dew!! with matching some nervousness! eek!End result: happy US! 🙂
