Hi!
I was going over the makeup isle at Forever21 when I saw this palette. I saw someone on youtube mentioning some F21 makeups and it got me curious. I decided to buy it though I wasn’t sure if it’ll be good though.
Here are the swatches of the palette!
As you can see, it is swatched pretty decently. I actually haven’t played with it much. As I mentioned on my April Favorites, the bare shade on the 1st swatch on the left side was what I pretty much use every time I set my eye primer. And I love it! I tried to play with it before taking this pictures and it doesn’t appear too opaque on the eyelids using a brush. But if you build it up you will get the opacity that you want.
It’s not my favorite as of the moment. As I mentioned, I haven’t played with it much. I did wore some of the colors to a date once and it didn’t last on my lids as well as other eyeshadows I have. Maybe that’s because of my oily lids?? or I guess I haven’t found any good primers for my lids yet and considering it’s pretty hot here in the Philippines now. So, I cannot tell if it’s a good palette yet. But for an affordable price, it’s worth a try! 🙂

Yay! Thank you for the swatches! They look amazing! I think I’ll pick it up. I hear some people setting their eyeshadows with setting sprays so if you have one, maybe spray it on your eyes after you finish with your eye look? Oh and how much was the palette?

It was more or less 400php here in the Philippines or around $9. But it’s probably much cheaper there. 🙂
