Hi guys!

It’s been a long time since I blogged and the first thing that popped into my mind was about my favorite youtubers! I watch random stuffs on youtube but most of the time I search makeup tutorials, DIY’s, and vlogs. So here are my FAVORITE channels on youtube! (Links to their channel, thumbnails to my fave videos of them will be posted and some coupon codes on their products at the end of this blog).

1. Carly Bybel (2,455,976 subscribers)

 

She’s actually the first beauty guru I ever watched on youtube ( And not to mention, the culprit of my makeup addiction now. Lol.) She kinda looks like Kim K that’s why I started watching her videos. She does a lot of makeup tutorials, hair tutorials, hauls, some DIY’s (like how to grow your lashes and eyebrows which actually worked for me especially on the sparse areas on my eyebrows!!) and halloween tutorials. She collaborated with Velour Lashes and came up with “Carli Lash” which is one of her achievements on youtube.

    

Like: You can tell that she’s really genuine, beautiful inside and out from the way she talks and the way she accomodates her fans. She replies to the comments on her videos, inserts inspiring quotes on every single videos she uploads and not to mention she looks like Kim K (LOL). She does a variety of videos. She also has a fashion blog where she posts what she wore on the video, the blog and where she bought it. She also list all the items that are alternatives to what she wore on the blog. Not So: She used to use a lot of drugstore makeups but now she uses it less on her makeup tutorials except her Loreal telescopic mascara which is her favorite mascara of all time. She doesn’t post a lot of videos.

2. Nicole Guerriero (1,982,342 subscribers)

She looks like Khloe Kardashian so don’t ask. Lol. Like Carli, she does a lot of makeup tutorials from casual to heavy glam to Halloween looks, hauls, hair tutorials, vlogs, etc. She also came up with her own skincare line which is The Best Damn Beauty.

Like: You really know that she know’s makeup well when you see how good she can come up with her looks on Halloween. And she’s really good at it. Like a legit MUA! Beyond that she’s sweet, funny and looks like Khloe K! Lol

           

 

Not So: She doesn’t upload videos that often and she uses her drugstore makeups less like she used to.

3. Kathleen Fuentes (619,691)

She goes by the name of KathleenLights on youtube. Her channel gives me life. Lol. When I wake up I watch her videos (though I have seen it a lot of times, not to mention I binge watched her videos for the past few months), when I come home from work I watch her videos, when I suddenly wake up from a deep sleep I check to see if she uploaded a new video and then watch it and sleep again. Lol. It kinda is my stress reliever this past few months. 🙂

It makes me proud to see that she has come a long way (well, not that long but anyhow..) from 300,000 subbies last year to 600,000. And from November 2014 which I discovered her channel to this year Febuary 2015 she already had collaborated with ColourPop Cosmetics, which has become a favorite to every beauty gurus on the internet, and came up with a Lippie and Lippie stick called “Lumiere“.

Like: She uploads videos 3 times a week or more (Mon-Wed-Fri). She alternates her drugstore and highend makeups on tutorials. She has a great personality. She’s weird, but in a good way, she and Danny (her husband) cracks me up and she does her makeup really good (she learned makeup on her own just by watching youtube videos as well). Shoutout to KathleenLights!!! (Fan move!! Lol) She’s also one of the few youtubers who uploads lengthy videos which I enjoy watching.

Not So: Hmm. I couldn’t think of any. Or maybe I’m just biased. 😉 Maybe the cool tone makeup lovers may not like most of her tutorials since she loves her Warm colors more and she doesn’t have a lot of hair tutorials but that doesn’t bother me much since I also love my warm colors and enjoy all her videos.

4. Jaclyn Hill (1,756,442)

Jaclyn Hill is a L.E.G.I.T MUA! She used to work at MAC as far as I know but making her way up through her videos on youtube and a lot of collaborations from Gerard Cosmetics (Buttercup Lipstick, Rosehill Lipgloss, 1995, etc.), Morphe Brushes, etc. Recently she came up with Jaclyn Hill Favorites from Morphe. She does makeup tutorials (not to mention she loves her warm colors!), hauls, vlogs, and some celebrity inspired looks.

Like: She’s always upbeat. I love her vlogs where she features her friends like PatricStarrr etc. She’s really good at makeup.

Not So: She uses a lot of high end makeup.

5. Shaanxo (1,577,805)

Shannon is the fifth person I go to when I don’t have anything else to watch on youtube. I must say she really plays around makeup ’cause she’s the only one I watch that uses like gray lipstick on a tutorial! It’s fun to watch though. 🙂

She has a lot of makeup and hair tutorials, product reviews, hauls, halloween tutorials etc.

 

Like: I love her reviews! I love that she uses a lot of drugstore makeups and she does halloween tutorials like a pro. 🙂

Not So: She exposes her boobs too much but nothing distracting though. LOL
